Service of Process

Zeeba Legal Services provides coverage of every aspect of service of process including: non-routine, multiple-party, multiple-address service, investigations, and preparing and filing proofs-of-service.

At Zeeba Legal Services, we understand that when service needs to be completed, time is of the essence. We will attempt to process service every request as a rush service, within 24 hours of the receipt of documents. If we do not serve the subject on the first attempt, we will make a minimum of one follow up attempt daily.

Zeeba Legal Services associates will attempt any serve designated as routine within 72 hours of receipt of documents. If the subject has not been served, we will make a minimum of one follow up attempt every three days.
